Vault Drops follow a scheduled fulfillment process designed to keep each limited release fair for every customer. Orders are not fulfilled based on purchase timing, and purchasing earlier does not provide an advantage in receiving a featured chase.

Each Vault Drop has a specific shipping date listed on its product page. Fulfillment begins on or after that date, once the Drop has been finalized and prepared for shipping. Vault Drop orders will not be selectively shipped early.

Once fulfillment begins, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

• Domestic Orders: Typically 3–5 business days after shipment.
  
• International Orders: Typically 7–14 business days after shipment.
  

We take extra care when preparing Vault Drop orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All singles are carefully sleeved and placed in a toploader, and Vaulted Rarities packs and sealed products are packed securely to help prevent damage during transit.

For orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery to help ensure the safe arrival of your order. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will provide instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Please Note: The shipping date shown on each Vault Drop page is the date fulfillment is scheduled to begin, not the guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit times begin after your order has been shipped.

Delivered Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check the delivery location and contact the carrier for additional information. A carrier claim may be required for missing packages.

All cards and packs are inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards before being packed. This ensures you receive items in excellent condition.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and ship your mystery bag within 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided for every order.
