IMPORTANT POLICIES
Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth transaction. Adherence to these policies is necessary for the successful processing of your order.
General Requirements
- Account Required: You must have an active account with Vaulted Rarities to submit an order.
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum Order Value: All orders must meet a minimum of $100 to be processed.
Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Responsibilities: Vaulted Rarities is not liable for any lost or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged, we will refuse delivery, and you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider.
- Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your cards to us. If there is a postage due upon delivery, the corresponding fee will be deducted from your total offer. If the postage due exceeds your order total, your package will be refused.
- Custom Fees: Any packages arriving with customs duties, taxes, or additional fees will be returned.
Order Acceptance & Offer Process
- Appraisal Prices: Prices listed on our appraisals are subject to change. They are intended as estimates and are not binding offers to purchase.
- Offer to Sell: By sending your cards, you are offering them for sale to Vaulted Rarities in their current condition. We reserve the right to refuse any offer.
- Final Offer: Your payment will only be finalized once we have received and inspected your cards. If the offer is accepted, payment will proceed via your preferred method.
Discrepancies & Disputes
- Order Discrepancies: If there are discrepancies in your order (incorrect items, wrong condition, missing or damaged cards), the difference in price will be deducted from your order total. If you would like the items in question returned, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your offer. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Packaging Restrictions: We do not accept packaging materials like deck boxes, binders, or sleeves as part of your shipment. These items will not be returned.
Timeframes
- Domestic Orders: You must ship your cards within 10 business days from the time you submit your order. If we do not receive your package within this timeframe, we may adjust the pricing based on the current market values.
- International Orders: International customers must ship your cards within 20 business days from the time you submit their order.
Special Orders
- For orders valued above $1,000, contact us at sales@vaultedrarities.com to arrange payment and shipping details.
