Refund policy

Return Policy for Vaulted Rarities Magic Premium Packs

We understand that purchasing Vaulted Rarities Magic Premium Packs is exciting, but due to the randomized nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for dissatisfaction with the contents. However, if the pack is unopened and in its original condition, we do accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The pack must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

  • Contact us at support@vaultedrarities.com to initiate the process.

  • If the return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the unopened pack back. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because of the randomized nature of the product, opened packs or used items are non-returnable. Additionally, perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your unopened pack for a different product, the fastest method is to return the original pack and place a new order for the product you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your pack, as long as it is unopened. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your unopened return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.
