We take extra care with our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All singles are carefully sleeved and placed in a toploader for protection. The Vaulted Rarities Premium Packs are packed securely to prevent any damage during shipping.

For orders over $200, a signature upon delivery is required to ensure the safe arrival of your product. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package.

Disclaimer: Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS or the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If you have not received your package, please contact USPS for further assistance and file a claim if necessary.

1. What’s Included
Each Vaulted Rarities bundle contains the products and quantities listed in the product title, images, and description. Every included pack, box, or vault follows its individual product format, so you will always know how many cards, booster packs, graded cards, or other collectibles are included. Singles are securely sleeved and toploaded when applicable, and sealed packs are selected from a variety of popular, iconic, and out-of-print sets.

2. Randomized Distribution
The contents inside each Vaulted Rarities product are randomly packed to create a unique opening experience. Depending on the products included in your bundle, you may discover premium singles, graded cards, sealed booster packs, rare inserts, chase cards, and other collectible hits. Specific cards, sets, languages, grades, and pack types are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the product listing.

3. Quality Assurance
All cards, graded items, packs, and sealed products are professionally sourced and inspected before being packed. We take care to ensure every item meets our quality and authenticity standards and is securely prepared for shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is placed, your bundle will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.
