Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The SonomaCon 2026 Reality Fracture Booster Box Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], doing business as Vaulted Rarities, located at [BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 3, 2026 at 8:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 4, 2026 at 8:00 PM Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor’s systems will be the official timekeeping method for determining whether an entry was received during the Giveaway Period.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit the Vaulted Rarities SonomaCon Giveaway page and submit the entry form using a valid email address.

Limit one entry per person and per email address.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing products from Vaulted Rarities or any other business will not increase your chances of winning.

Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Email Marketing

By submitting the Giveaway entry form, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Vaulted Rarities, including information about product drops, new releases, products, promotions, and other Vaulted Rarities news.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Vaulted Rarities emails.

Unsubscribing after submitting a valid Giveaway entry will not invalidate the entry or reduce the entrant’s chances of winning.

Information submitted through the entry form will be handled in accordance with the Vaulted Rarities Privacy Policy.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Reality Fracture Play Booster Box

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $INSERT VALUE USD

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or about October 5, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with their entry.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within 48 hours of the initial notification.

If the potential winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• does not respond within the required time;
• is found to be ineligible; or
• fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, filtered as spam, blocked, or otherwise not received.

9. Prize Delivery

Sponsor will coordinate delivery of the prize directly with the confirmed winner.

The winner may be required to provide a valid mailing address and other information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize and verify eligibility.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, obtain multiple entries in violation of these Official Rules, provide false information, or otherwise interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

If circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway and, if appropriate, award the prize from among eligible entries received before the affected event.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates will not be responsible for losses, damages, injuries, claims, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, lost submissions, incorrect email addresses, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that prevent an entry from being properly received.

12. Disputes

The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. SonomaCon and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Vaulted Rarities.

SonomaCon is not the sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway and is not responsible for its operation, prize selection, or fulfillment.

If the booster box contains or uses third-party trademarks, those trademarks belong to their respective owners. The use of a third-party product as a prize does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this Giveaway by that third party.

14. Acceptance of Official Rules

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
